What types of events can I host at C&K Ranch?
You can host micro weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, bridal showers, and other special gatherings for up to 25 guests.
How many people can the venue accommodate?
Our venue is ideal for intimate events and comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests.
Are overnight stays available on the property?
Yes! We offer two charming Airbnb homes that can be rented along with your event. They can house 12 overnight guests!
Can I schedule a tour before booking?
Definitely! We offer scheduled tours by appointment. Just contact us through our booking page to set one up.
Are pets allowed at events?
Yes, we allow well-behaved pets with prior approval. Please inform us during your booking.
What amenities are included in the event packages?
Amenities may include outdoor seating, décor, restroom access, on-site parking, and use of scenic areas for photography. If you have any specific visions please reach out to us via email!
Is music or a DJ allowed at the ranch?
Yes! Music is allowed, but we ask that volume be kept respectful and within the permitted hours (until 10 PM).
Do you offer catering or food services?
We do not provide catering directly, but you are welcome to bring in your own caterer or food truck.
Is alcohol allowed during events?
Yes, alcohol is permitted with responsible consumption. Depending on your event, a licensed bartender may be required.
What is the cancellation policy?
We recommend tent rentals or alternative arrangements, as we currently offer only outdoor event space.
Is there a backup plan for bad weather?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations. We just ask that you avoid anything that could damage the property.
Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Yes, clean and accessible restrooms are available for guests during events.
Are there restroom facilities on-site?
Yes, we offer free on-site parking for guests.
